Sports Medicine Program

Whether you have suffered an injury playing sports, or are looking for a professional assessment on how to help prevent future injuries, Peak Form Medical Clinic is the place for you.

Our sports medicine program considers you as an athlete — and most importantly as an individual — to ensure that you return to the playing field, trails or slopes in optimal shape and as quickly as possible.

How We Treat the Athlete at Peak Form Medical Clinic

Sports and injuries inevitably go hand in hand. However, every injury is different and requires its own comprehensive and individualized program of rehabilitative care.

We provide treatment and rehabilitation for a wide range of sports related injuries and conditions.

Acute Injuries: These are trauma-related injuries such as a sprain, fracture or dislocation.

Overuse Injuries: An overuse injury is basically a repetitive trauma caused by over-training (taking on too much too soon, or not giving your body enough recovery time) or a technique error (improper movement patterns).
