Comprehensive Care With a Personal Touch.

Goodbye and Hello!

Meet our new Chief Medical Officer (and family!)

Dr. Xavier James Ethan ‘Mojo’ Moses
Chief Medical Officer, Peak Form Medical Clinic

Dr. Moses is excited to join the Peak Form family.

  • Board Certified in Occupational and Environmental Medicine
  • Medical Review Officer
  • Member, American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine
  • Level II accredited/lectures at the accreditation seminars
  • Has served as contractor with the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation as the Associate Editor of the Lower Extremity Medical Treatment Guidelines
  • Assistant Professor at both the University of Colorado School of Medicine and the Colorado School of Public Health (where he teaches a masters level course on international health)

“I’ve dedicated myself to becoming an expert in the field of how to keep people healthy and how to help them become healthy when they’re ill or injured.  I want to do as much as I can for people with the gifts that I have.”

Colorado and Peak Form Medical Clinic
“A circuitous journey — and a providential one — brought me back to Colorado.  I’d fallen in love with the Front Range when I was part of a traveling drama company from Los Angeles after high school. The Air Force brought me to Aurora at Buckley, and connecting with Jeanette Hrubes led me to joining forces with her at Peak Form.  I saw an incredible opportunity with the Medical Clinic, a chance to become involved in something new and growing, with immense potential.”

 Background

  • Medical Director, Center for Occupational Safety & Health and the Chief of the Division of Occupational Medicine at Denver Health and Hospital Authority
  • Chief Resident in the University of Colorado’s Occupational and Environmental Medicine Residency
  • Chief of Aerospace Medicine, Buckley Air Force Base, Aurora
  • Flight Surgeon, U.S. Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine
  • Family medicine resident, St. Anthony Hospital, Oklahoma City
  • M.D. and Master of Public Health, Tulane University

Philosophy
“I’ve found that taking time to listen to my patients tells me much more than all my medical training. My philosophy is that to practice good medicine, physicians need to recognize that every person who is ill or injured is a whole person and deserves to be treated as such.  I have a passion for Occupational Medicine because when I’m helping one person, I have the potential for helping the entire workplace become safer and more productive.”

Family
“I love spending time with my wife and our young son, who wants to grow up to be a firefighter. We spend countless hours ‘putting out fires’ all around the house. There’s no more fun than a 2-year-old with an imagination as big as the world.”

Dr. Moses is an author and has published the book of poems, Heart, Spirit, Shadow.

Warmest of welcomes to Dr. Moses and his family!

Farewell and best wishes to Dr. Carol Ramsey

Dr. Ramsey is leaving Peak Form to assume the position of Deputy Regional Flight Surgeon, Southwest Region of the Federal Aviation Administration in Fort Worth, Texas. Aerospace medicine is a unique area of expertise of Dr. Ramsey’s and her passion.  We wish her well in her new position!
