Thaddeus was born in Indiana and spent his early childhood there. He studied clarinet from elementary school through his college days. He moved around from Alabama to Arizona and ultimately ended up in Colorado.
Thaddeus obtained a physiology degree, with honors, from the University of Arizona, Tucson. He then worked as a physical therapy technician at an outpatient orthopedic clinic while applying to physical therapy schools. During this time, he also competed a certification in Functional Range Conditioning.
Thaddeus started lifting weights as a teenager and became interested in anatomy and physical training. He had a long exploration and personal experimentation with different movement philosophies and systems to prevent, mitigate, and/or treat many current health issues. This path led him to pursue his physical therapy career. He obtained a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Regis University in 2021.
Thaddeus completed his second clinic rotation, as a DPT student, at Peak Form. He appreciated the clinic’s focus on patient-care, especially the one-on-one time given to providing individualized treatment. He enjoys being a part of the Peak Form team as a Physical Therapist to continue providing the high-quality of personalized care he observed as a student.
In his spare time, Thaddeus likes to read or write in a coffee shop, go walking at a local park, or tinker with movement concepts and methods of exercise.
