Salina Vega, CMT
Salina was born in Chicago, Illinois and lived in Indiana, Kansas, and North Carolina before landing in Colorado Springs in 2011. She moved to Denver summer of 2018.
Salina graduated from the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in October 2016. She excelled in her studies and was asked to serve on the school’s Advisory Committee in 2017.
Salina won the Colorado Gazette’s Best of Springs for Massage Therapy in 2017 and 2018. She loves massage because she finds it personally rewarding knowing she can provide relief from chronic and acute pain and also helping prevent injuries.
Salina brings her years of massage expertise to Peak Form Medical Clinic where she can individualize care for patients and is a huge asset to the Peak From team.
In her spare time, Salina is a competitive, internationally ranked Powerlifter. She acts as a national referee for the sport of powerlifter; which requires frequent travel to powerlifting meets. She is also a USPA Certified Powerlifting coach and holds a CPT certification.
She owns and operates a company, Colorado Powerchics, that mentors, empowers and trains women in the sport of powerlifting here in Colorado. She is also Vice President of Iron Life Freedom, a non-profit company that fights in the war against suicide from PTSD and depression in Veterans.
