Jasmine Wells, PA-C
Jasmine was born in Fairbanks, Alaska, grew up on the island of Sitka, and later moved to Anchorage. As a child she enjoyed fishing and exploring neighboring islands, and later took up inland activities in Anchorage.
Jasmine spent winters on the slopes of Mt. Alyeska, ski racing her way into adulthood, while summers were spent in Paradise Valley, Montana. There she built a house with her father, roaming the surrounding hills with her horse.
Jasmine attended University of Alaska Anchorage where she obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biology in 2009. After college, she worked as an explosives technician for a couple years, making way for new roads. Always interested in the medical field, she decided to pursue Physician Assistant studies, which eventually brought her to Colorado. In 2015, Jasmine graduated from the Physician Assistant program at Red Rocks Community College. She is board certified and has a Masters in Health Sciences.
Shortly after graduation she accepted a position at a critical access hospital where she manages the emergency room, acute care services, long term care services, and the general clinic. She continues to work at the hospital part time in addition to her position at Peak Form Medical Clinic.
Jasmine likes to travel, explore the Rockies, go on ski and bike adventures, and hang out with her son.
