Elise Cuevas, MA
Elise was born in Louisville, Colorado and was raised in both Thornton and Lafayette, Colorado with her 3 younger brothers and mother. Growing up, she would often visit family in Chihuahua, Mexico with her brothers.
Elise graduated from Centaurus High School in 2017. There she played softball, which since childhood had been her favorite activity to do with her father. Elise was also involved in many clubs such as AVID, where she did community service work with students from the local college. Elise was active in sports and clubs all throughout high school until graduation.
After high school Elise was accepted into several different schools, but ultimately began studying Criminal Psychology at Metropolitan State University of Denver. She attended Metro for a year, and quickly realized that she needed to pursue something she was more passionate about, the medical field. Elise then attended Pima Medical Institute from which she graduated with honors in 2018 and became a Medical Assistant. She still has plans to further her education in the future, and would like to become a registered nurse.
In her free time Elise enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and photographing the beautiful scenery Colorado has to offer. She also enjoys going out to eat with friends and staying home and watching movies. Her passions include her family, especially her mother, grandmother, brothers and her godson Dominic.
Elise hopes to one day travel all over the world. The place she would most like to visit is Ireland because of the beautiful nature and the amazing weather. All in all, Elise’s main goal is to follow her passion in the medical field with providing care to patients and clients here at Peak Form Medical Clinic.
