Dr. X. J. Ethan Moses, MD, MPH

Dr. Xavier James Ethan “Mojo” Moses was born in Memphis, Tennessee, but spent most of his childhood in Columbus, Ohio. After high school, Dr. Moses joined a traveling theater company which ultimately brought him to Colorado.
Dr. Moses began his training in family medicine at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Oklahoma City after receiving his Medical Doctorate and Master of Public Health degrees from Tulane University in May 2007, and his Bachelor of Arts from Colorado Christian University in 2003.
Dr. Moses has held many positions prior to joining the Peak Form family. He has served as the Medical Director at the Center for Occupational Safety and Health, Chief Resident at the University of Colorado’s Occupational and Environmental Medicine program, and the Chief of Aerospace Medicine at Buckley Airforce Base, serving four years as a flight surgeon.
Dr. Moses brings a wealth of knowledge to Peak Form; he is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, president of the Rocky Mountain Academy of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, an assistant professor at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and the Colorado School of Public Health, and Associate Medical Director for the Colorado Division of Workers’ Compensation
In his early years, Dr. Moses worked in several different industries including computer drafting, real estate marketing, in-store advertising, and armed security. He and his wife are foster parents, and he loves spending time with his growing family. He also enjoys reading, writing, teaching, and mentoring younger physicians.
