D’Angelo Jaquez, MA
D’Angelo was born and raised in Denver, Colorado, until the age of 9 when his family moved to Washington D.C. D’Angelo was influenced by his mother’s pursuit of a career in medicine. He graduated from Mapleton Early College High School in 2016 where spent many hours volunteering in the medical field, including the emergency department at Platte Valley Medical Center.
After high school, D’Angelo studied Medical Science at Metro State University. During this time, he realized he wanted to focus on ways to create a special bond with patients to best meet their needs for treatment and comfortability. This led him to switch gears and attend Pima Medical institute where he graduated with honors and perfect attendance, becoming a Medical Assistant in 2018.
D’Angelo is still passionate about learning and furthering his career, so he is attending Metro State University to obtain his RN degree.
In his free time, D’Angelo enjoys spending time with his family and playing soccer and basketball with his younger siblings. When he is not doing that, he enjoys going to the gym with his older sister or sparring with his older brother who is a Marine. D’Angelo is confident that one day he can overcome his brother in sparring!
D’Angelo is extremely happy to be part of the Peak Form Medical Clinic team, where he values having time to focus on patients’ needs, and on making his patients feel at ease. Making sure patients get the proper care they need is at the top of D’Angelo’s list.
